PRODUCTS
The GreenFarm climate and energy system collects and utilizes greenhouse gases from agricultural production. The system produces biogas exclusively from the manure generated on individual farms. The collected biogas is then utilized in gas engines to generate electricity for on-farm consumption, with the heat from electricity production also being utilized in the process. All mechanical and electrical components are housed in a technical unit that can be easily integrated into new or existing farm infrastructure.
The by-product obtained from biogas production serves as a valuable fertilizer for agricultural crops. The degassed biomass produces fewer odor nuisances, and significantly fewer greenhouse gases are released when it is spread in the fields.
In the GreenFarm facility, gas engines are used with a long maintenance interval and low noise level in a simple construction without turbo. Engine start and synchronization take place directly on the electricity network, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
